Tanya Prince
Tanya Price grew up in Bemidji, Minnesota, moved to the metro for school, and has lived in Brooklyn Park since 2022. She has a BSB in accounting and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and over 25 years of experience in finance, continuous improvement, and change management at Fortune 500 Companies. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member passionate about helping her clients recognize and reach their potential.
Tanya Prince is currently serving her second term as a School Board Director and Chairwoman for Osseo Area Schools, which serves eight cities and 20,000 students in Minnesota. Since her election to the school board, Tanya has applied her professional background in finance, continuous improvement, training, and change management to her role on the school board. Tanya is a coach, trainer, consultant, and motivational speaker.

A Word from Tanya
After serving in Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years, I realized my best career moments were when I was coaching, mentoring, and connecting. I came to realize that my life's purpose is rooted in helping people and organizations achieve their potential. I decided to combine my private sector experiences in strategy, continuous improvement, and change management with my public service experiences as a school board member to create new approaches to personal and professional growth. As an Independent Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, I love the opportunity to bring best-in-class leadership content to my work as a speaker, trainer, and coach.
